Hi All,

The highest version driver pack where 6205N card is mentioned among supported ones seems to be Version: 16.11.0 (Previously Released) Date: 3/21/2014:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23721 Download Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for IT Administrators

Detailed Description contains in particular:

Windows 8.1 32-bit: Wireless_(version)_De132.zip

Windows 8.1 64-bit: Wireless_(version)_De164.zip

Windows 8 32-bit: Wireless_(version)_De32.zip

Windows 8 64-bit: Wireless_(version)_De64.zip

Windows 7 32-bit: Wireless_(version)_Ds32.zip

Windows 7 64-bit: Wireless_(version)_Ds64.zip

The download link for Windows 8.1 32-bit one (highlighted in bold above) is missing though. I also tried crafting direct link to that file after looking at the working ones and it still takes me nowhere:

Where can I download it?

Many thanks in advance!

Hi there - thank you,

One note though: for Windows 8.1 the drivers only file name should end with 132 and not 32 as highlighted in yellow in your screenshot attached.

Meanwhile I later found what looks like an even more recent driver version in the following driver pack and will be using that one instead:

18.21.011/9/2015

From its description:

Windows 7 (32/64) - 15.17.0.1

Windows 8 and 8.1 (32/64) - 15.18.0.1

Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 105

Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 135

Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230

Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6235

Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6205

Intel® Centrino® Ultimate-N 6300

Thanks & Regards!
