My cpu is faulty

I have talked to the support center about my cpu and they told me the will replace it and now the said that my marking not identified and the told me check your box but my box my brother destroy it so i dont have it they said you mast have or we will not replace or fix it to you but my cpu is brand new its has 3 years warranty so could you please help me

If you do not have the original packaging, please use other safe means to send the parts, you may package it however you wish as long as we receive the part without any physical damage.
