I would need the processor model or the Intel® graphics controller model. Also, the operating system version.

4501 dont work, neither does beta driver 4539, it just says something like...

"customized resolution is not supported on this monitor" but it does work with 4424

Sorry to hear the driver version 4501 or the beta driver are not working on your computer. This driver is actually working on several systems around.

You will need to keep using driver version 4424 on your computer or try getting customized drivers from your computer manufacturer.
