Well, seems like I just got the same problem as a lot of other people have. The file have been moved, renamed or archived and nothing I download from the download center seems to work.
Model: Acer Aspire V3-571G
Windows Edition: Windows 7 Home Premium
System Type: 64-bit Operating System
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
Current driver: 10.18.10.3496

Regarding your problem, I was able to get the driver and download it on my system, so please try the following process:
- Uninstall Intel® HD Graphics. http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm Graphics — Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel Display/HDMI Audio Driver
- Restart your system.
- Manually install Intel® HD Graphics driver. http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033916.htm Desktop graphics drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*
If this does not work you will need to use the driver provided by the system manufacturer.
