I´ve bought 1 gram of Thermal Grizzly conductonaut but now i dont know if it is compatible with the Intel heat spreader. The thermal compound is not compatible with aluminium because it contains germanium.

Hello German-Intel-Fan,
Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.
In this case, there isn't any report about compatibility issues with this thermal compound, in fact, I found https://www.amazon.com/Thermal-Grizzly-Conductonaut-Grease-Paste/product-reviews/B01A9KIGSI/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_show_all_top?ie=UTF8&reviewerType=avp_only_reviews several reviews in Amazon.com regarding this and the Intel® Core™ i7-7700K Processor.
I wouldn't worry about using this thermal compound with the CPU in question.
I hope this information helps.
Please don't hesitate in replying to this post if you need further assistance.
Best Regards,
JC
