Hello

I've heard that Xeon has pci devices to config home agent and other devices.

However i couldn't find and home agent or c-box configuration devices with 'lspci' command.

Am i missing something? Or, is there any other way to config home agent and cache-box in i7 processors?

Here's my result of lspci command :

/thread/114279 JaemoonSim, at this stage we have not been able to find any information regarding your inquiry, so we would like to request more details regarding this; please let us know what is exactly the issue you are facing with. One more thing I would like to share with you is that desktop processors may have some difference with Xeon processors so what you are asking for may not exist in client processors.

Hello,

For research purpose,

I am looking for Source Address Decoder (SAD), Target Address Decoder (TAD) config registers, and LLC related registers.

However, according to Intel SGX Explained (https://eprint.iacr.org/2016/086.pdf https://eprint.iacr.org/2016/086.pdf ) 6.1.3 Microcode Modifications,

SGX is taking advantage of TAD to protect PRM range.

Since, my cpu is Intel i7-6700 with SGX enabled, I believe that there must be some registers related to TAD, at least.

Thank you for your patience. Sorry for late reply.

Jaemoon Sim, thank you for patience.

After reviewing this matter, we have come to a conclusion that our Intel® Developer Zone should have more answers regarding your inquiry, from my end I could not find any information related to it so the best thing to do is to create a new conversation here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/ Intel® Software
