Hello axe44,
My apologies for the inconvenience.
Just to confirm; what is the driver that you are trying to update? The Intel® HD Graphics driver or the Nvidia driver?
Regards,
Amy C.

Hello Amy C,
I have a support service for Intel in the driver of the video card GEFORSE GT 620M.
This video card in Windus 10 does not work with DirectX 11 applications.
I already installed a new driver, but I see that the problem did not disappear.
Regards

The screenshot of the device manager shows a yellow bang for the GeForce GPU.
You need to install an http://www.nvidia.ru/Download/Find.aspx?lang=ru NVIDIA graphics driver
If that fails for some reason, http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3171/ enable NVIDIA Graphics Driver and GeForce Experience installer logging and report it at https://forums.geforce.com/default/board/33/geforce-drivers/ GeForce Drivers forum
