There is a small number of laptop users who are constantly getting SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION igdkmd64.sys or SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED igdkmd64.sys bsod only while playing Heroes of the Storm 2.0. Here are some topics with the same problem: https://us.battle.net/forums/en/heroes/topic/20754436460 BSODs - after the 2.0 patch - Heroes of the Storm Forums, https://eu.battle.net/forums/en/heroes/topic/17615434705 BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) In a middle of a match - Heroes of the Storm Forums, https://us.battle.net/forums/en/heroes/topic/20754376407 Blue screen of death during gameplay - Heroes of the Storm Forums.

I have tried different versions of Intel and Nvidia drivers. Also i'm sure that the game uses nvidia grapics and that bsods happens only while playing HOTS.

Hello tretyakvl,

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.

Since you have a switchable graphics, I recommend uninstalling both graphics drivers the Intel and the Nvidia driver and then install the Intel® driver first and manually, please see how to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*, once the Intel® driver is installed go ahead and install the Nvidia driver.

You can download the latest Intel® generic driver here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26682/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=81496 Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40]

Please let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Hello tretyakvl,

Games that require an always-connected system, multi-player, or massively multi-player online (MMO) automatically update when you connect to their servers. However, single player games can have optional updates pushed out by their developer. Check the game Web site or use the provided game updating tool to make sure that the game is up-to-date.

Also, make sure you have the recommended settings for this game, you can check here:

https://gameplay.intel.com/GamesSettings/8919/0x416/Intel%C2%AE%20Core%E2%84%A2%20i5-4210H%20Processor%20(3M%20Cache,%20up%20to%203.50%20GHz) https://gameplay.intel.com/GamesSettings/8919/0x416/Intel%C2%AE%20Core%E2%84%A2%20i5-4210H%20Processor%20(3M%20Cache,%20up%20to%203.50%20GHz)

Please let me know if that helps and I apologize if you already tried these settings.

Best regards,
