to try to manually install appears the error box: The driver installed is not validated for this computer.

and for the Utility app appears: No drivers for your product

How can I fix it and install the latest drivers?

Hello AnunnakiRamb0,

That message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer, however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033916.htm Desktop graphics drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows 8.1* and download the driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Intel® Download Center filter according to your system configuration.

For further reference http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm Graphics Drivers — Error Message: Computer Manufacturer Graphics Driver Detected.

Amy.

I understand your situation but this matter is completely related to your computer manufacturer. It is possible that your systems needs a customized driver according to each feature present on your system and the computer manufacturer may impose restrictions when installing generic Intel(R) drivers.

Amy.
