Kishonti just released a new version of their cross-platform OpenGL benchmark - https://kishonti.net/news_single.jsp?id=27817230 https://kishonti.net/news_single.jsp?id=27817230
On my Optimus rig it passes all tests in a row with GeForce GPU, but not with integrated GPU.
Note: GFXBench is picky with ALT-TAB
I'm not familiar with your GPA so i tried good old IDA (demo 6.8), offsets below are after "memory re-basing" and only for the mentioned driver version.

Yes, crashes also with driver 20.19.15 4300
I made one run with and one without IDA debugger.
2 non-crucial exceptions at launch screen:

I added disp diag dump to first post.
SSU 1.0.1.5 fails to run in spite of executing as admin.
If you have an older or newer version i'll retry.

Changelog of driver 20.19.15.4326 claims to have fixed the crash, but not for me.
It's now down to one exception though.
I made 3 runs with these results:
Manhattan

This driver version 20.19.15.4331 does not seem to be on our official download center site. Any issues with that particular driver version I am afraid are not going to be address.
