Hello,

I have upgraded my HP notebook form Windows 8 to windows-10.

I have an Intel 7260-ac half mini pcie Wifi card installed.

Everything worked under Windows-8

After upgrade

Wifi-ac works in Windows-10

Bluetooth does not work in windows 10

In device manager I don't even see the generic microsoft bluetooth driver or button.

I removed all bluetooth apps in program manager.

I tried installing Intel bluetooth driver however driver will not load into device manager.

No Intel or Microsoft bluetooth device drivers are loaded in device manager.

Can not get any Intel or Microsoft bluetooth device drivers to loaded in device manager.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello Alex,

Intel recommends that you try first the aasistance provided by your computer manufacturer as they may have specific drivers that might help you resolve the issue. You can find your computer manufacture contact number here: http://www.intel.com/support/oems.htm Computer Manufacturer Support

As a second option you can do the following:

1 - Download and save: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25135/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-for-Bluetooth-technology-for-MS-Windows-10-64-bit-WP- Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth® technology for MS Windows® 10 64-bit (WP)

2 - Uninstall the current Bluetooth* drivers to the point that Windows* will no longer recognize it.

3 - Reboot or scan for hardware changes, then uninstall and delete any older driver versions.

4 - Proceed with the installation of the driver above an then try to connect to any device via Bluetooth*.
