I've ensured my driver up-to-date already.
When I connect 2 outside screens to my laptop,I can find the 'Collage' in the Intel control panel
But in this case,I can only combine the 2 outside monitors, exclude my laptop's inside monitor
Still, this does not work when I use my laptop's monitor+an outside one(only 3 multi-screen modes can be found)
So,it seems that the monitor inside my laptop can't be used or recognized by the collage mode???? but can be used as extensions?
What's the problem then?
I truly want to make a triple monitor gaming, but you know, unable to use my laptop's inside monitor
(My nvidia gpu(MX150) is unable to manage the multi-screen,so I have to go through the Intel G panel)
If that's the driver's issue, can it be improved?

Hello MudEGG,
I understand you are trying to use Collage Mode with the built-in display of the laptop and an external monitor.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.
In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
Please also attach the Intel Graphics Driver Report with the external monitor connected to the computer. This link will show you how to generate it https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005848/graphics-drivers.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005848/graphics-drivers.html
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
Regards,
Fred D.

I've found something like the graphics report in the Intel Control Panel,I don't know whether you are referring to it.
So I attach it here.(It gets a little bit more urgent,I truly want to use the collage soon...
Also,I think I've installed the wrong driver in the second link,I know it's not working,But I just want to delete the files it released,So how I locate the files?(Ignore this wired request if it confused you lol

ummm the driver showed in the reports are not up-to-date Because,I've already installed the latest version before,THE SITUATION IS THE SAME as the old one. However, something(graphic issues appear sometime) get's unstable when using this driver. So,I recovered it to the 'most suitable' version.

Hello MudEGG,
Thanks for the information you sent to me.
I would like you to try updating some of the computer drivers in a specific order.
Please install this driver first, and then restart the computer http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81561.exe http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81561.exe
Install this other driver, and then restart the computer one more time http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81564.exe http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81564.exe
Download the graphics driver that is on this link https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27199/eng/win64_154702.4815.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27199/eng/win64_154702.4815.zip
Please install the graphics driver with the steps that are on this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY
If issue persists you can also try updating the BIOS of the computer. You can download latest BIOS from this link http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81671.exe http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81671.exe
Let me know if issue persists or not.

After this step I restarted my laptop.
Then I found I'm not able to enter the system.
No logging windows,can't launch anything.
I've tried a lot many ways to recover it,and none of which worked.
I finally went to the HP's official repairing center and spent half day there getting my laptop recovered.
And I lost all the files in C. Fortunately I get all my important files in disk D,so not much damgage.
Now,I'm kinda afraid of facing this situation again,so the drivers you list,Are they truly working or????

Also,I think that
if the built-in screen can be detected by extension mode
then there must be some software limitation done by the panel when using collage mode(to cause the screen not be detected
Can't you figure this out instead of experiment on my laptop uhhhh
Yesterday almost drives me mad

I've seen a lot of posts relating to this problem.
People can use the collage mode in windows8 with a laptop display.
But this doesn't work in windows10.
So,is this problem caused by some system issues?
And when can such thing be solved(I don't think it's a problem caused by my laptop hardware or software)
excuse my poor English

Hello MudEGG,
I am sorry to hear you are still having issues setting up Collage Mode.
What is the version of the graphics driver you have currently installed in the computer?
Have you tried checking with HP* if there is any limitation they may have set in the video BIOS that is preventing the computer from using Collage mode with built-in display?
Collage mode should work with the built-in display of your laptop because it is using embedded Displayport*.

Fred D.
