Hello simotech,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
Please try installing the latest graphics driver you can download it here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26404/Intel-Graphics-Driver-15-45-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26404/Intel-Graphics-Driver-15-45-?product=88345
Before installing the graphics driver, uninstall the old driver first; please see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver
Once the driver is uninstalled go ahead and install the generic driver from the link above manually.

If the problem persists, could you please reply with a picture or a video if it is possible about the issue you have.
Also, I will appreciate if you could fill out the information at the following link:

Does this problem happens when you install the driver from Dell, Dell has the proper driver for your system and if you install the Intel generic driver some features can stop working.
We have tested this driver several times and we don't experience similar behavior.
Does this happen from the moment you purchased the computer or after sometime of using it?
You might want to try a system restore or you can try the troubleshooting steps at the following link:

At least you found drivers that work for you, at this point I suggest you to keep checking the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26121/Intel-Bluetooth-Technology-Based-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-8-1-for-Intel-NUC6i-x-SY-and-NUC6i7KYK?product=89189 Intel download center for new driver release or to run Windows update for new updates that can make your system run better.
Best regards,
Ivan.
