Hello, commercedguy:
I would like to check what is the model of the processor you are currently using.
This would be to find the proper drivers to be used.
How to check the model of my processor?
1. Press the Windows key and "R"
2. Type "msinfo32" in the Run window prompted.
3. Look for Processor
4. Provide me with the full model of the processor you have, example: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU
I look forward to your reply.
Regards,
Esteban C
