Why my processor does not detect the cores?

Hello, I have a problem with my processor. The problem is that my processor has 4 cores and I see CPU-Z, task managers, only one. I tried to change the settings in the start up, but in vain ..

CPU: Intel Core i5 7200U 2.7

Many BIOSs support a configuration parameter thst disables all but one Core. See if you have accidentally set this parameter.
