RMA number is not shown in my account, how to check its status?

Hello forum,

i am looking for a status update to my RMA case with SWR number: 02777159 which was followed by the 02791125, probably by misunderstanding.

In few words, i was informed the other days that my item (send with the 02777159's DHL returning airway bill) was received by the returning depot the last Friday, the Warranty replacement department is notified and the replacement/new item would be send back to me asap. Unfortunately, i can not see any of the RMAs in my Intel account, therefore i am unable to track any update for my case, thus i am kindly asking any of the available Intel representatives here in this forum to answer my concerns.

TIA for any assistance and i am at your disposal for any questions might arise.

Hello DR.GK,

 

 

I'm sorry that you haven't been able to check the status of your RMA, in order for you to check the RMA status you can login on the website you created the request and then with the case number you receive on your email you can access it. You can also contact your local support group; you can get the phone number at the following link:

Hello Ivan and thank you for the response.

There is an issue with intel's support site since when i log in to my account or when i follow the link that was sent to my email about this RMA it shows me this: http://prntscr.com/f8mka2 http://prntscr.com/f8mka2

I will try tomorrow via phone.

I'm sorry about all that inconvenience, at this point, your best choice is to contact your local support group calling the phone number from the link I posted above.

Hello,

i contacted local intel's support center via phone and representative Kevin was really helpful and willing to assist me. From yesterday, i have the new processor in my hands.

JFYI none of these actions are recorded/shown in my intel's account.
