P4600 HD 630 in Win 10 screen flash

hardware specs.

mainboard: GA-B250M-DS3H

cpu: 7th Pentium 4600(HD 630)

ram: kingston 4G 2400zh

installed win 10 64bit home edition with all drivers, also updated intel graphic driver to ver 15.45.18.4664

but win10 screen still flash, please help me how to fix the problem.

Thank you for contacting the Intel community. In this case, I suggest you to update the BIOS to the latest version and to install the Intel® graphics driver manually. Before installing the driver manually uninstall the driver you already have installed and install the same latest version 4664 manually.
