PC HDMI output to TV seems to be constantly adjusting itself

Intel HD Graphics 530 - Driver 21.20.16.4664 running via HDMI to HDMI port 1 on a BAUHN 40 inch TV, Mobo - Gigabyte Z270M-D3H - TV screen flickers to blue intermittently and frequently with the HDMI port and 3840x2160@30Hz notification showing up in the bottom left of the display. Hz sometimes alternates between 30 and 29Hz

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.

 

 

As a test, unplug the HDMI cables from the TV. Now remove AC power from the TV and wait 10 minutes. Connect AC, then the HDMI that was giving the flash and re-test.

 

 

If that does not work, are you able to try with different HDMI cable?

 

 

Also, check if there is an INF driver for your TV from the TV manufacturer website.
