I need help with my last monitor I bought, It's a Dell e197fpf i am using just a standard Vga cord from my laptop to the monitor.

first i have a samsung hd lcd tv connected by hdmi, and built in display, (The Samsung tv Primary, Built in 2nd).

I looked up my cpu (Intel(R) Core(R) i5 3317u 1.7Ghz, and it supports 3 monitors (http://ark.intel.com/products/65707/Intel-Core-i5-3317U-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-2_60-GHz ARK | Intel® Core™ i5-3317U Processor (3M Cache, up to 2.60 GHz ) when i connect the monitor from vga it turns on just fine and is also an option to use on the Intel Graphics Control panel

But when i try to save it says unable to save, if you can help that would be great, Need anymore information just ask

Thanks

Hello Bradley@,

Please check post # 12 from the following thread /thread/56943 https://communities.intel.com/thread/56943

Could you please attach the DX Ddiag report for your system? I would like to check some system information such as graphics driver version, operating system etc. (Start -> Run -> dxdiag -> Save All Information).

Can you change the Display mode to "Clone Display" instead of "Extended Desktop" under the Intel Graphics Control Panel? Let me know the results.

Thanks
