BSOD using Cherry Trail and Intel drivers

Hello.

I'm using a device on the Cherry Trail platform & Windows 10 x64 (Digma CITI 1802).

The device works stably until the cycle turns off and on the display. Typically, 5 to 60 minutes after the cycle, a BSOD crash or hang will occur.

If I use Microsoft drivers (disable the Intel drivers), after the cycle the device does not fail.

I used all available drivers downloaded from your site, but they do not solve the problem.

I tried to update the microcode of the processor of my device and downloaded the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26925/Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-File?product=93361 archive. But in the archive there is no file for my processor (z8300).

Prompt the decision.

P.S. Sorry about my English.

Your driver 20.19.15.4331 is quite outdated.

Latest official driver is here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26682/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40- Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40]

If you encounter an error message about validation install the desired driver via "have disk method" as described at:

http://www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface

(ignore prolog about MS surface)

I used all available drivers on the Intel site, including 15.40.34.4624, but they also do not solve the problem.

Hello Prs21,

Have you tried the driver from your computer manufacturer, you should be able to get better support here:

http://digma.ru/support/download/?tab=2&product=2248&product_=2174 http://digma.ru/support/download/?tab=2&product=2248&product_=2174

I would check with Digma for a new BIOS update and they might have the proper drivers and support for your system. Please bear in mind that your computer manufacturer is more familiar with your system and how all the components interact with each other, therefore, your best contact support is Digma.

Best regards,

I used drivers from the manufacturer (Digma) as well. They also do not eliminate the problem. Technical support for Digma about the drivers for the video card refers to the Intel site. I applied to Digma technical support, but they could not help me, so I turned to you. Can I learn anything from dumps?

Thanks for the hint about the BIOS.

I am also concerned about the microcode update for the processor (z8300). Maybe a new microcode will fix the problem, but it's not on the Intel site!
