I have Intel (R) HD Graphics 530 driver and Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.71 GHz on Windows 10 64-bit. Generally I operate a dual monitor set up.
I just purchased a Samsung Smart TV with screen mirroring but this feature will not work with my desktop. My Laptop can screen mirror with no problem (it has a Intel (R) HD Graphics 5500 Driver). When i try and install this diver my computer will not let me since the manufacturer pop-up that the driver being installed is not validated for this computer.
Please help me determine why I cannot screen mirror with my computer
Thanks.

Hello, TexasSig:
Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.
I have some things to be checked and to be followed for you in this case.
1. Please make sure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network, it is required to be WiFi for this to work. There are WiFi USB adapters that will allow you to connect to that network.
2. Please provide me with the Intel® System Support Utility report from your device (the one with the issue).
3. What is the model of the TV used?
4. If possible, provide me with a screenshot of the problem.
How to get Intel® System Support Utility report?
-Access: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
-Download the utility
-Scan your system with the utility
-Export the report and attach it to your answer witht the advanced edditor option
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Esteban C

1. Both devices are connected to the same WiFi network. The TV is a smart TV so no USB adapters are needed.
2. I pasted my system info at the bottom of this message. This is the only way I could get the report. Please advise if this is not correct.
3. TV Model: Samsung UN55H6350AF. I have included a picture of the TV details.
4. I have attached a screen shot of the computer and TV. Currently, I am selecting TV mirroring on the TV then going to devices on the PC and selecting the TV. Then a blue pop-up box displays and the computer starts to try and load the image. After a few moments the blue box goes away and the computer then loads the TV as a projector. Once this is done the TV will still say loading for some time then give up. I have a laptop that will collect to the TV when the same steps are applied. Only the PC will not.

I would like to know, what is the app or software used for this?
If Miracast is used, contacting Microsoft would be good as well.
Please test the advised above and let me know how it goes.
