Hii i don´t know why EPROMs lose their Datas. But I have to know this for my final exam in electronics. I know that EPROM loses data because it will get through the window light and so removed from the solar radiation ago . But what if this is not the reason ? What if the window is sealed enough ? My EPROM is now 27 years old and loses rudimentary data . But it is genung protected . Why it loses them anyway. Can someone help me?
