HI, I bought an up-board (x5-z8350 based) and I want to do some bare metal programming, but I can't find any documentation.
Can someone point me to some documents to get me started (not looking for advanced stuff, just how to control the resolution/bit-depth/palette/refresh/bit-blt etc.
Only 2-D stuff.
I am also looking for the programming documentation for the x5-z8350 (I have some oldish x86/x64 documents that I'm sure would suffice, but manuals specific to this particular atom processor would be nicer)
Thanks

Hello Chris_Dent,
From our end, the datasheets for Intel® Atom™ Processors can be found here; http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/atom/atom-technical-resources.html Intel® Atom™ Processor Technical Resources;however, in this case since you have an UP Board the best support should be provided by them, they should be able to provide more specialized documentation for your product. They also have a community support find it here; https://up-community.org/forum/index https://up-community.org/forum/index
Regards,
Amy.
