Hello razorblade334:

Since you replaced all the parts and the problem remains, basically that indicates the issue seems to be related to the processor itself.

Did it work fine before?

Now, for testing purposes you can always try to use the PC and play the game without the graphics card, this is just to check if the problem persists, remember that when you use a video card the graphics of the processor get disable, and everything will depend on the video card, so it will help to let us know if there might be a compatibility problem with the video card itself. If you have the chance of trying this process, here is the link for the graphics driver of the processor:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88345/Intel-HD-Graphics-530 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88345/Intel-HD-Graphics-530

Did you install the latest graphics drivers for the video card?

Have you tried a BIOS update on the board?

Did you test it with just one memory stick at the time?

By any chance do you have the model or a part number for the memory RAM so we can check the specifications of it?

In you are interested in replacing the processor, remember it has 3 years of warranty, please use the following link to get in contact with your local support area:

http://www.intel.eu/content/www/eu/en/support/contact-support/emea-contact.html http://www.intel.eu/content/www/eu/en/support/contact-support/emea-contact.html

Any further questions, please let me know.

Regards

Alberto

Hello razorblade334:

We are sorry to hear the problem remains with the Intel® graphics as well.

Perfect, no problem, take your time and once you get the chance please let us know the model of the RAM just to make sure it is fully compatible and that is running at stock configuration:

DDR4-1866/2133, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35V

Additionally, please provide the information requested on the following link, that is in order for us to try to replicate the issue:

/thread/77761 https://communities.intel.com/thread/77761

Did you try driver 4614:

Hello razorblade334:

Thank you very much for letting us know all that information.

The memory RAM seems to be fully compatible, and if the PC is showing latency with both, the Intel graphics and the Nvidia graphics, then the problem as you mentioned seems to be related to a different component.

Were you able to do the BIOS update?

Did you test the PC using just one memory stick at the time?

Do you have the option to test it with a different memory kit?

Do you have the option to test your processor on a different board or your board with a different processor? By trying this step, we will be able to identify if problem is related to the board or to the processor.

Which Windows version are you using?

On the following link, you will find a tool that does an overall test on the processor, it is a very reliable tool, so if the processor passed the test, it means it should be working fine:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool

Any questions, please let me know.

Hi, razorblade334, Thank you very much for letting us know that information and for the picture.

In regard to your inquiry, the PCH is the Platform Controller Hub and basically what is does is work as a BUS to allow the communication between the processor and the motherboard, so if the processor failed that part of the test, there might be something wrong with it or with the board.

About the warranty on the processor, yes, of course we can replace it for you if it is still under warranty, in order to do that please get in contact directly with Intel so they can provide all the details about the replacement process:

Chat support; http://intelsupportchat.force.com/icslivechat/ics_tech_processor_ww_english_Chat http://intelsupportchat.force.com/icslivechat/ics_tech_processor_ww_english_Chat,

For phone support in Europe, you will see the contact information on the link below:

Hi, razorblade334, Thank you very much for sharing those results, we are glad to hear that the processor passed the test. Just to let you know, the issue could be related to the video card as well, so if you have the option to test the PC with a different video card or without the video card that will be a good option to confirm that possibility.

This is the number you need to use to contact Intel:

01793 404925 Monday – Friday 08:30- 16:00 (UK Time)

Any questions, please let me know.

I have allready changed the video card with a different new one and a psu as well but the problem persists and as I see from monitoring tools the latency comes from the Cpu. My previous card was a gigabyte gtx 1060 and I change it will an Asus gtx 1060 strix.and nothing changed.
