¿porque luego de actualizar el controlador de video intel hd 4000 no funciona el brillo de pantalla?

instale la actualizacion que tenia disponible con el asistente de controlador y asistencia de intel y una vez acabada la instalacion el brillo de la pantalla se bajo al minimo y no funciona ni subirlo con algun boton, asi como desde el control de energia

de antemano gracias por las respuestas

In regard to your question, is it difficult to explain why the brightness feature is not working properly after updating the graphics controller, it could be due to a compatibility problem with the driver installed. Just to let you know, the Intel graphics drivers are generic, meaning they might or might not work with your system, that is why we recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the computer.

 

 

Since processor works with Intel® HD graphics 4000, we can try to install the latest version of the graphics driver for that controller which is 4653:

Luego de instalar la versión anterior, se corrigió el error y funciona todo como corresponde.
