Under heavy graphics use (video game) the screen occasionally freezes for a couple seconds then recovers. A dialog box then appears with the following message:
Display driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver intel HD graphics Drivers for Windows 10(r) stopped responding and has successfully recovered
The problem has not (so far) occurred in non-game use.
I have:
- Confirmed Win10 is up to date
- Confirmed the system is running the latest version of DirectX
- Installed the latest graphics driver available on Intel Website (Tried the newest Fifa 17 Beta driver - Beta 15.40.xx.4539 )
- Run memory tests that reported no errors detected
- Added (and removed) registry TdrDelay parameter
Threads here discussing the same error message suggested downloading and installing more recent versions of Intel's graphics drivers than were available on system manufacturers' websites.
Is there a newer generic Intel driver package that might be a solution for this problem? Not sure which other driver to try, tried a few now with the same error even when running the game on the lowest settings, it works for around 10 minutes with no lags and then freezes.
Thanks!

Hello Theofingers:
Thank you very much for providing that information.
Based on it, it seems to be that the product that you are using is a iMac14,1, and in that case I just wanted to let you know that Apple has requested that all questions regarding Apple systems and software be addressed directly with Apple support.
I recommend checking the link below for troubleshooting assistance on your Apple computer:

Hello Theofingers:
If you are using an iMac14,1, then even if the graphics controller belongs to Intel, still the support for graphics is provided by Apple, so the best thing to do will be to get in contact with them.
Now, if you are not using an Apple product then:
What is the model of the motherboard?
If it is a laptop, what is the model of the laptop?
Any questions, please let me know.
