My computer is crashing and blue screening during youtube videos, netflix via Firefox, and during games on steam.
The dump logs I get are consistently faulting the igfxcuiservice, Ill post the logs below.

I also get this dump log
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. I am running windows 7 home premium on a intel i5-7500 cpu with 16 gigs of ram, off a seagate 240g SSD, using a b250m MSI motheboard and a Radeon RX 480 graphics card

Does this mean I need a new processor and motherboard? Or am I forced to update windows 7

You can run Windows 10, or you can change your processor to something less than a 7th gen (which might require a different motherboard).
