The USB version of the camera (the D435) has an RGB sensor. The caseless circuit-board module version of the camera (the D430 module) does not have an RGB sensor.

On the D415 model, the RGB sensor is integrated onto the circuit board module.

I believe the T150 module is a separate module that connects to a 50 pin connector on the camera board to add tracking capability and does not come with the camera.

I apologize for the delay in responding - I had to go away from computer for a time.

Intel support member Jesus G said about the T150 module last week, "The purpose of the T150 tracking module is to add motion tracking capabilities to enable SLAM use cases - very useful in robotics. It has an embedded IMU (gyroscope, accelerometer), for movement and rotation detection, and fisheye camera."
