I just bought my stargazer and after plugging it in and installing intel driver I could see the cam in my synapse. The problem is when clicking on launch i got following code from the camera app 0x200F4244 (0xC00DABE0). I tried to disable my firewall, update windows, reinstall all software but nothing worked. Now i do not see anything in my device manager (https://prnt.sc/iot1gq https://prnt.sc/iot1gq ) and am unable to reinstall realsense http://prntscr.com/iosvcv http://prntscr.com/iosvcv

My build: http://prntscr.com/iosvv1 http://prntscr.com/iosvv1

Regards,

JV

Your specification is compatible with the Razer Stargazer. So the problem is likely to be related to detection of the camera. A rough translation from Dutch to English of your error message in the Depth Camera Manager program said something like "The installation program cannot find an Intel RealSense camera on your system. The installation has been ended".

As you said, the Razer Stargazer camera does not seem to be appearing in your Device Manager.

When installing a RealSense camera, the order of steps to be followed is:

1. Install the drivers first.

2. Install the RealSense SDK second.

There are two ways to install the drivers. The first is to use the Depth Camera Manager program, as you did. This enables you to install the drivers without needing an internet connection.

The other way, if you have an internet connection, is to uninstall any SR300 drivers (RGB, Depth or Virtual Driver) that are in your Device Manager. Then unplug the camera from the USB port, wait a couple of seconds and plug the camera back in. Windows should then download and install the SR300 drivers automatically without needing the Depth Camera Manager program.

If that method of installation does not work, this advice from Intel on driver installation that was released last week may also be useful.
