Hey guys. I have a Core i7 4790, but unfortunately I'm out of budget right now to purchase a dedicated GFX card. Is it harmful or can I do any damage to my CPU/IGP (in terms of its longevity) if I play computer games on its integrated graphics, for let's say 3 hours straight? Cpu temp while gaming is 55 to 60 deg. celcius.
specs: i7 4790, kingston 8gb ddr3

The processor was designed to work at 73C as maximum processor temperature under load. Using the on-board graphics will not harm the processor.
Please take a look at the list of playable games with your graphics controller: https://gameplay.intel.com/ Best Gaming Settings
