cannot find 'customize aspect ratio'

hi i am currently trying to connect my laptop to my tv using hdmi the picture is to big for my screen the resolution is on the correct one, on my old laptop i used the customize aspect ratio option but cannot find it on my new pc? where can i find it

The aspect ratio settings are available on the TV display settings. From your pc, check the screen resolution; verify if your TV is properly detected and the resolution of it.
