Hello erstingo,
What you need to do is open the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel, go to Display> General Setting and choose the Resolution and the Refresh Rate that you want then click in Apply and finally just click on Save Profile.
Here some helpful links for the management of the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel:

Now, Intel® HD Graphics 530 was built with a hardware feature of HDMI 1.4a; max resolution 4096x2304@24Hz, here you can check the specifications http://ark.intel.com/products/88191/Intel-Core-i5-6600K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz ARK | Intel® Core™ i5-6600K Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz).
