The one on top-is there any effect to cpu? Rpm of fan and temp is normal.

I really don't want to take it apart again, did it already many times. Processor is new and i changed thermal paste inside the lid. Not the liquid metal thig because i would like to open that thing maybe again some day and not to weld it together. It was almost dry but still not sure how much difference did it make, I think the regulator on top is gone. It got bent open from its soldered place and pressed it back straight. Then opened again for second look and pressed again and there it went. Fan rpm is normal, frequence is changing itself normally also like it usually does when balanced mode is selected from windows menu. Temp is also usual. Can play games normally, fps probably same.
