Hi fidelrial,
I am sorry you are having problems with the graphics controller but let me help you.
I see the graphics driver installed is the latest version from our side but there are some troubleshooting steps I would like you to try:
- Update the BIOS in your system.
- Update the Intel Management Engine provided by the Computer Manufacture.
- Uninstall and reinstall the latest driver.

If the game mentioned is not listed, this could be because it is not compatible or it has not been tested yet.
