HD630导致windows 10系统操作卡顿！

从2017年四月份到现在，HD630驱动都存在这个问题：GPU使用率在某一个操作时提高，导致系统卡顿，甚至在桌面点击右键都卡顿！请尽快解决，非常感谢！现在的最新版本为：23.20.16.4849
