What you are asking is "can you install W7 on 7th gen (and above) processors?". The answer is no.

if you want to install W7 on 6th gen processors and below, the answer is yes.

In other words, i7-6xxx and i5-6xxx, yes

i7-7xxx and i5-7xxxx, no.
