I need a IBIS model of Intel Atom E3805 processor for DDR3L simulation. Is there such? Spice model is not suitable.

I found some information in regard to your inquiry, see here for that http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/embedded/products/bay-trail/documentation.html Intel® Atom™ processor E3800 Product Family: Documentation, scroll down to "Simulation Models"; however, it seems like the information is not publicly available, so my recommendation is to get in contact with them in order to obtain instructions on how to get this document and more information.
