So I am having an issue right now. When I am using applications like Chrome, if it is maximized and I minimize it, the screen flashes black for a second and I get a message saying Intel HD display driver for Windows(R) stopped responding and has recovered.
I have a Acer Aspire V Nitro.
Windows 10 64 bit
Intel i7 6700 HQ CPU @ 2.60 Ghz
16 GB RAM
GPU is Intel HD 530 and the main one is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M....
I am super frustrated and have downloaded the latest drivers for each including the new beta one. IT seems like this is a common problem. Why isn't this fixed yet?

I understand your frustration, but please bear in mind that Intel has fixed this problem with graphics driver version 4463. At this stage, the latest video drivers should come with same fix.
Try uninstalling any graphics driver from your computer, install the Intel® Graphics Driver first and then the other graphics controller driver.
