Hola reciente mente Instale Windows 8 Pro en una computadora nueva en base a Tarjeta Madre Gigabyte socket 1151 para procesadores Skylake. Al finalizar me quedaron controladores sin instalar. Entre otros - Controladora de BUS Sm y - Controladora simple de comunicaciones PCI.

Instalé los drivers de Intel para el primero y para el segundo fue necesario Instalar este software: Intel Management Engine (ME) software.

aquí me surge la duda ya que en Internet he leído que este software implementa una función del procesador que puede ser riesgoso para la seguridad del Equipo.

Intel Management Engine driver improves the compatibility of hardware (peripherals devices) with OS. It is very important to install the correct drivers for your motherboard.
