Problem with Intel Core i7 3632QM ?

Hi everyone,

My laptop specs:

Lenovo G580

NVIDIAGeForce GT635M

Intel Core i7 3632QM

8GB Ram DDR3

1TB HDD

Windows 8.1 64bit

When I was testing gaming performance on my laptop playing games like COD Black Ops II,Dota 2,Far Cry3,my processor was running only about 40-50%.Fps was low too,so i think somewhere is problem and i don't know where so is my CPU usage during playing (50-40%) normal ? or it should run up to 50%.I have lastest drivers.I need help to solve this problem.
