How can I split memory resources like CAT(Cache Allocation Technology) while several programs are running at the same time?

I would like to allocate different memory resources (bandwidth) per application for applications with stream characteristics.

Is there a technology that can assign a specific bandwidth to a specific application like CMT?

I wonder if memory resource partitioning is possible from the next product.

Hi Amy.c,

Thank you for your effort.

The processor model is 'E5-2698 v4'.

I already checked 'Intel® 64 and IA-32 Architectures Software Developer's Manual'.

But i can not find any hardware approach like CAT.

Best regards,

shawn007

Hi, Amy C.

Have you made any progress so far?

And could you make sure whether technologies such as CAT enter the dram controller for the next generation ?

Please check my questions.

Regards,

shawn007.
