Hello Danieto,

Thanks for posting.

Not all wireless adapters are physically and electrically compatible with all systems, therefore the integration must be validated by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

As mentioned by All_Hill, please https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/oems.html contact Acer* to find what wireless adapters and devices are compatible with your system.

Best regards,

Hello Danieto,

Thanks for your reply.

Checking your laptop specifications, it is possible this adapter will not work properly on your system or take full advantage of the new features such ashttps://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000026155/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Intel® Wireless-AC (CNVi) and Companion RF (CRF) Module.

Even though you can insert these modules to a standard M.2 Key E socket, they are only compatible with a system designed with the CNVi. As mentioned before, it is best to work with your system or motherboard manufacturer to verify compatibility.

Best regards,

Eugenio F.
