Hi Everyone,
When I started my computer, I noticed my computer Intel Matrix Storage Manager was not running. When I try to start the Intel Rapid Storage Technology application from my Start menu, I receive the following error message.
An Unknown Error Occurred While Running This Application. If the problem persists, please restart your computer or try reinstalling the application.
I have restarted the computer a few times, but it did not start the application.
I used the Intel Rapid Storage application for Disk Mirroring RAID 1.
I'm assuming I need to reinstall the application.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
Rich

Did you upgrade to Windows 10? The Intel matrix Storage Manager is not supported on Windows 10 (in fact, any platform that supports the Intel Matrix Storage Manager is old enough that it isn't supported with Windows 10, period).
Hope this helps,

Hi Scott,
After reading your post, I realized I installed the wrong software (Intel rapid storage technology software) and I should have installed the Intel matrix storage software.
Now I just need to know how to uninstall the Intel rapid storage technology software and reinstall the Intel matrix storage software.
Thank
Richard

Hopefully, you can boot in safe mode and then uninstall the package.

You can select to go into Safe Mode without loading drivers. Try that.
