I'm getting 100% CPU usage with 4k 60 fps content on youtube. Surprising as the kabylake GPUs support VP9 decoding/encoding. Is this a driver issue as in the CPU is not yet supported.

Hello raven77,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
How do you have your system connected, is it connected through HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI or are you using any adapters?
What is your TV/Monitor model, Windows® version?
What Browser are you using to watch 4k videos in YouTube?
I will appreciate if you can attach your system information, you can use the Intel SSU (System Support Utility) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility:
Download Intel® System Support Utility
- Download the utility
- Run the exe and select 'Scan'
- Save and include as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum
Also I will appreciate if you could attach the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers follows the steps here:

Hi
There is no need to go through the procedure you have posted. It's a fact that the latest official driver and beta that support 4k Hevc and VP9 decoding on supported graphics does not support the HD 610. I can 't even install the driver. The only driver that installs is the generic windows one and this lacks the 4K decoding support.
I would appreciate it if you can get me and others like the guy linked to below that have the HD 610 IGPU a driver up asap that officially supports it, so we can use the media features we bought the CPU for.
Regards
Joe

Your Intel® Pentium® Processor G4620 has the integrated Intel® HD Graphics 630, unfortunately this driver is not available yet, I don't have an ETA when is going to be available but hopefully it will be soon, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this can cause to you.
For now I suggest you to keep checking the download center for a new released.

Sorry it is the Pentium G4560 my CPU, It's not good enough to have product on the market and no driver support, understandable for a small company not to but for the mammoth that is Intel it's incompetent.

This does not support the new media encoding capabilities of the kaby lake GPU, still no acceleration of VP9 content on youtube. Can you check with the engineers when we will have support for it.

Try running the installation file and see if it installs and then you check if you have this version installed by doing the following:
Right click on the desktop and select the Intel® graphics to open the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel.
Click on Options and Support.
Click information center and you will see the driver version.
If you get an error installing this driver, try installing it manually, please see how to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*
