What should I do if the server board

S5500BC leave a beep code Power control fault 1-5-4-4. What should replace serverboard? I've tried with a new Power Supply but still gives the same error message.

That specific beep code relates to power failures in you already replaced the power supply then the next course of action would be trying the board outside the chassis to discard any grounding issues.

If the issue persists then it would be the main power connector of the board that is defective. For this matter replacing the board would be the next course of action.
