my mini laptop has this wireless card and windows 7 32bits, i've already updated the driver with the latest from the page (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/50517/Intel-PRO-Wireless-3945ABG-Network-Connection Downloads for Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection ) but i still can't see the channel 13, i've tried with the properties on the device manager and that didn't work, what should i do?, i'm guessing the driver i'm installing comes from the US and it doesn't let me see the channels over 11 but idk how to get the international driver or something, i've even tried changing the language of the page before downloading and that didn't work :c

Hello Loucry,

The channels that can be used by Intel® Wireless Adapters are restricted by international standards and country rules. Channels 12, 13, and 14 of the 2.4 GHz band are not allowed in most countries around the world. For this reason, the available channels in your PC depend on the regulations of the country it was meant to be used in, and the configuration from your Computer Manufacturer. We not have a way to override the OEM configuration.

Our best recommendation in this case will be for you to check with your Computer Manufacturer Support, they will let you know which channels can be used by your PC, and if they have a way to change this.

Please keep in mind that the Intel® Pro/Wireless 3945ABG has been discontinued and is no longer applicable for support:
