I hope someone here can help me! The HDMI video output has suddenly stopped working. I've tried all the tricks and tips I could find on the forums (uninstall display adapter - Intel 4000 then reboot my computer; update all drivers etc). My computer still has the ability to duplicate screens, so that means that its recognising that there's a cable plugged in, and the sound is still working via HDMI.
I'm really frustrated and at a loss as to what else to try!!!
I'm using an Acer Aspire laptop V5-571.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Hello delwood2017,
Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.
I am sorry to hear you don't get video over HDMI. I would like to request the following information to better assist you:
Was there any software update before this started happening?
Have you tried any other HDMI cable?
Have you tried any other TV/Monitor?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Juan V.
