How to change firmware version for Intel RealSense R200 cam

Hello,

I have an intel RS r200 cam, and when I try to instal DCM file and error is shown like the image.

after a lot of researches, I think the problem is my firmware version.

CAN I CHANGE THE FIRMWARE VERSION

We appreciate you uploading the log files from your computer and the installation process. I just noticed that for the installation you uploaded the log files from micl_tmp_SYSTEM, did you check if there were other log files in these directories %temp%\micl_tmp_%username% and %windir%\INF\setupapi.*? If that's the case, could you please upload them too?

 

Your PC specs seem fine, so I believe there's no issue with that.

these are all information in my pc. and don't forget about my problem. my problem is not just updating firmware, but I cannot install DCM file, when I try to install DCM an error is shown that says "this update is not designed to install intel rs dcm in this system"

Thank you for your patience.

 

We would like to know if it's possible for you to try updating the camera Firmware on a different computer (obviously a computer with the minimum specs for the camera to work), this way we will determine if there's an issue with the camera. If this the case, you should contact the place where you bought the camera and ask for a replacement.

Were you able to test the camera on a different computer? Keep in mind that if you get the same message you should definitely ask for a replacement.
