Laptop Model: Acer Aspire V5-573 PG (Windows 10) (Comes with dual graphic card, Intel & Nvidia)
When I update the Intel Graphic Driver (Earlier Microsoft Basic Display Adapter), the screen goes blank.
The only way I get to get my screen back is to reboot and enter safe mode and disable the driver.
Tried to install the graphic driver from acer. Same problem.
Tried to roll back driver. Same problem.
Tried to uninstall and reinstall the graphic driver. Same problem.
Tried Windows key+P , Windows key+ctrl+shift+b. Same problem.
Tried to remove internal battery and place back. Same problem.
Tried to remove cmos battery and place back. Same problem.

That was the driver from https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/4845?b=1 Acer Product support ?
Your BIOS is up-to-date?
Since Acer doesn't customise Intel drivers, you can try the generic ones:
Create a system restore point
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/e6bbddb0-9db4-4d88-9063-42c52c79a96e/create-a-system-restore-point https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/e6bbddb0-9db4-4d88-9063-42c52c79a96e/create-a-system-restore-point
Install the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26682/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40- current driver build via "have disk method" as described at:
http://www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface http://www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface
(ignore prolog about MS surface)
Probably the old GeForce driver causes a conflict, try to update it as well.

Yes, the driver was from the official acer support page.
My bios is up to date as from acer support page. (v2.30)
Already tried the have disk method, does not work.
My Geforce driver is up-to-date.
But something happened just now,
I charged my laptop to full while its off. When I turn it back on the intel driver works fine as usual.
But when I restart, the same thing happens, the screen goes black while I can hear windows startup sound.
So I had to disable it in safe mode once again.

Thank you very much to Stefan3D for the information provided previously.
Shaghin: Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Graphics communities.
At this point basically you tried all the troubleshoot steps that we recommend for this type of scenario. Based on the fact that you installed the drivers provided by the manufacturer and tried the BIOS update, the next thing to do will be to get in contact with Acer directly for further technical or warranty assistance, they might have more information and possible troubleshoot steps to try to address this issue:
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact
Just in case, on the link below you will be able to download the Intel® graphics drivers, depending on the graphics controller of the laptop you can try to install some of them in order to try to fix the problem:

Any further questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Alberto R
