Intel HD Graphics won't update?//Can't find driver

When I try to update, it says it is already up to date. But in properties it said it was last updated in 2010. Should there be a newer version? I can't find the right driver to save my life on here or on dells website. Can someone help me?

Additionally to the information above, we recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer in this case Dell, just in case, on the link below you will find the drivers from them, look for Video to be able to install them:
